Biography
Dr. Eggert began teaching for Bradley in 2007. She received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s degree in English from 91²Ö¿â. She holds a Ph.D. in English Studies from Illinois State University with concentrations in trauma studies, creative writing, and composition instruction. Dr. Eggert is the author of Scattershot: Collected Fictions (Lit Fest Press 2015), a hybrid collection that redefines and re-envisions the trauma narrative. Recent publications can be found in Verse of Silence,ÌýUnlikely Stories,ÌýCardinal Sins,ÌýBluffs Literary Magazine, and Festival Writer.
